In case you have a website hosting package with us and you create an e-mail address inside your account, you will be able to forward it with only a couple of mouse clicks to another e-mail address of your choosing. The feature can be enabled when you make a new mailbox or at any time later and disabled just as quickly if you change your mind. This is done with the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel in which you will control your account. You will also have the option to choose if a duplicate of the incoming emails will remain on our servers or not. The main benefit of this feature is that you will always have a backup on your end if something occurs with the other email address or maybe it is not active for some reason at the time an email is forwarded. When the option is not enabled, an e-mail will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail is working or not, so it might be a good idea to have it enabled just to be on the safe side.

Forwarding an email address hosted in our system will be very uncomplicated if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with us and will also not take you more than a couple of mouse clicks to create. This can be done in the Emails area of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you'll be able to monitor the email addresses that are being forwarded and where the emails are going to with a glance. The feature can be activated and deactivated for each of the email addresses in your account. You can also enable or disable a useful feature that we provide - a copy of the messages being relayed through our system can remain on the server. In this way, you will always have a backup copy of your incoming e-mail messages and you will not have to be worried about losing any information. If you have this feature disabled, you run the risk of losing emails when there is a problem with the remote email address.
